Return Policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you may return it within 5 days of receipt and we will issue you a product. You just need to return the merchandise in unused manner in the original box / packing.

  2. Unused means it should not have been tried, not washed not soiled or degraded in any manner.

  3. Add a small note with the details of the items you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. It would really help us in developing our products if you could give a reason why they were not suitable.

  1. No order will be executed for the exchange of products more than once. We can surely change the product once, but the products once exchanged will not be exchanged again the second time. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
